Cancellation Policy
Please read over all our policy carefully before booking with us .
•please do not bring anyone with your to your appointment unless approved in advance ,appointment can be CANCELLED if this policy is disregarded
•please call or text 1hr before appointment time if you plan on running late , if we haven’t received a call or text your appointment will be cancelled -after 15mins late ( we will decided at that time if we can reschedule)
• SAME DAY / LAST MINUTE CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 95% of your service
• NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 95% OF YOUR SERVICE & or blocked from booking in the future
• All deposits ARE NON REFUNDABLE
( if you chose to cancel any appointment the “DAY OF SERVICE” — will be charged to your card on file )
